Pre-Apprenticeship in Plumbing
This course will prepare new entrants to undertake a Modern Apprenticeship in plumbing/heating industry.
The course will combine new technology and current practice in the installation and maintenance of plumbing and heating systems.

- Possible further study in engineering courses electrical/mechanical subjects at NC Level 6
- They are no formal entry requirements, however it is recommend you have a Nat 5 Maths/English and a technical subject such as Engineering Science/Physics.
There will be a two-stage selection process which includes an interview and a practical skills assessment.

- If your application is successful, you will be invited for interview. For January start courses interviews will be in Nov/Dec and interviews for August start courses will take place between February and May
- If your application is unsuccessful, you will be offered support in finding a suitable alternative course
- Applicants who provide a mobile phone number on their application form will be sent a text reminder prior to the day of interview
